HR Recruiter

Overview

International Outsourcing Consulting Services is seeking an HR Recruiter based in Rajajinagar, Bengaluru. This full-time role involves managing recruitment processes for candidates ranging from freshers to mid-level professionals. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Saturday, at the office location.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
• Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to find suitable candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers regularly.
• Proactively seek and acquire new recruitment clients to grow the business.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external clients effectively.
• Support employee engagement and welfare programs.
• Work collaboratively with HR and operations teams on ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
• Provide daily reports on recruitment progress and candidate status.
