HR Recruiter

Overview

Upalaksh Venture is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to oversee the entire recruitment cycle. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to ensure prompt fulfillment of recruitment goals.

Key Duties

• Identify potential candidates using job boards, social networks, and employee referrals.
• Review resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Organize interviews and liaise between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.
• Track progress involving interviews, job offers, and onboarding.
• Meet recruitment targets while fostering a positive experience for applicants.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduation in any field.
• Experience up to 2 years in recruitment; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to handle multiple openings and work in a target-oriented setting.
