HR Recruiter

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding at Globesway Immigration Private Limited, based in Delhi-NCR.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and overseeing onboarding procedures.
• Advertise job openings across various recruitment portals such as Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Identify and shortlist candidates aligning with the job specifications and organizational criteria.
• Conduct initial telephone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between applicants and relevant department heads.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracking systems.
• Communicate with selected candidates regarding compensation, joining schedules, documentation, and offer confirmations.
• Generate and distribute offer letters as well as necessary onboarding documents.
• Facilitate the onboarding process including induction procedures for new hires.
• Ensure all employee records are up to date by collecting mandatory documentation.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication to enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor onboarding, rejection, dropout rates, and overall hiring status of candidates.
• Collaborate closely with management and departmental leaders to clarify manpower needs.
• Assist with the administration of attendance, leave, and employee records when needed.
• Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, policy enforcement, and other organizational activities.

Compensation

Offered salary range is between INR 25,000 and INR 50,000 per month.
