  • Ensure smooth handover of completed projects to CRM and Sales teams along with final documentation and statutory closure.

Qualifications and Experience

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering required; advanced degrees such as M.Tech or MBA in Project Management preferred.
  • At least 20 years of extensive experience in the real estate or construction sector, including 5 to 8 years managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.

Domain Expertise

  • Experience with residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling tools like Primavera or MS Project and strong budgeting / execution capabilities.
  • Expertise in vendor management, cost control, and contractual administration.
  • Knowledgeable in statutory regulations including RERA, municipal guidelines, environmental, and fire safety compliance.
