Role Overview

This position is for an in-house, full-time HR professional based in Surat. The role combines recruitment and general HR operations, with direct coordination with the founders and responsibility for ongoing hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates.
• Handle onboarding activities for new joiners and ensure a smooth joining process.
• Maintain attendance records and support payroll processing.
• Prepare and manage HR documentation as required.
• Support employee relations matters and help maintain a positive workplace environment.
• Ensure HR practices align with applicable compliance requirements.
• Assist with hiring for upcoming roles and provide regular updates and reports to the founders.

Work Arrangement

The role is to be performed onsite in Surat, and the candidate must be available for a full-time in-house setup.

Compensation

The annual salary range offered for this role is INR 1,20,000 to INR 3,00,000.
