Job Responsibilities

• Manage the junior staff segment serving as the primary contact for both external partners such as chambers of commerce and education providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee cross-department coordination of recruitment activities for sales, warehouse, and administrative positions, while assisting with onboarding processes.
• Lead the execution of regional personnel marketing initiatives and coordinate events like job fairs.
• Assist with organizing training sessions and development programs.
• Provide consultation to department and executive managers on all HR-related matters, emphasizing junior staff support and managing associated administrative workflows.

Candidate Profile

• Energy and drive to take on a leadership role in a pioneering discount retailer.
• Completed higher education degree focused on HR, commercial technician certification with relevant experience, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR role.
• Solid expertise in labor law and contemporary HR practices and tools.
• Strong communication and advisory skills.
• High levels of social aptitude and empathy.
• Independent and solution-focused working style.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR software platforms.
• Holding the AEVO trainer certification is advantageous.
