About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous CentralReach Administrative Assistant to join our behavioral health team. This position involves monitoring BCBA session activities on CentralReach and precisely recording session data using AppSheet and Google Sheets. Prior experience with CentralReach is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track BCBA sessions within CentralReach.
• Maintain and update session records accurately in AppSheet and Google Sheets.
• Ensure all session-related information is current and correct.
• Carry out data entry tasks with exceptional accuracy.
• Report any inconsistencies or incomplete details to relevant team members.
• Perform related administrative duties associated with session monitoring.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience using CentralReach is mandatory.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with AppSheet.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Accuracy and efficiency in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in administrative roles or in behavioral health is advantageous.

• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)
