Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Housekeeping Supervisors to join our Village teams across Queensland on a fly-in fly-out (FIFO) arrangement. This position plays a pivotal role in managing and leading housekeeping teams in fast-paced environments with high-volume hospitality demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage housekeeping staff ensuring operational efficiency and high standards.
• Maintain effective communication and time management within teams.
• Lead by example to foster a cooperative and adaptable work environment capable of handling workplace pressures and conflict resolution.

Candidate Profile

• Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping, especially within remote or high-volume hospitality sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage team dynamics professionally.
• Must meet pre-employment medical standards and consent to background checks.
• Possess valid Australian work rights for at least 12 months; sponsorship will not be provided.
• Hold a current driver's license.
