About the Role

If you are an experienced Optical Assistant looking to elevate your career, the Domiciliary Optical Assistant position could be ideal. We are currently offering a substantial £2,000 Welcome Bonus to new hires (terms and conditions apply*). In this role, you will be a vital part of Specsavers, ensuring efficient clinic scheduling and prioritizing customer care. You will support and be part of a team dedicated to providing optical services at the homes of individuals unable to visit stores, making a significant impact within the community.

Work Area and Team

You will provide optical care throughout the Yorkshire and Leeds regions, attending to patients in their homes and care facilities. You will join a friendly and supportive team waiting to welcome you.

Benefits and Compensation

• An annual salary of £26,833
• Car allowance amounting to £2,400 per year to facilitate home visits
• Standard working hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with some flexibility required

Candidate Requirements

• Strong emphasis on excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience working as an Optical Assistant
• A valid full UK driving license
