About the Role and Family
A lively and loving family based in Mosman Park, Western Australia, is looking to employ an experienced Home Manager/Nanny. This role involves caring for three children aged 6, 5, and 3, while assisting with household management. Working Hours and Commitment
The position entails working Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, with potential flexibility to swap one weekday with Friday for the right candidate. The start date is July 2026, and this is a long-term contract opportunity with salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform school and daycare drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Prepare nutritious meals for the family.
- Manage children's laundry and household errands.
- Maintain organisation throughout the home.
- Support daily family routines and provide engaging, developmental care for the children.
- Create a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for the children to thrive.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a dependable, proactive, and highly organized professional who genuinely enjoys working with children and building strong, lasting relationships. Confidence in managing childcare and household duties with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude is essential.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least three years’ experience in childcare, nannying, or home management.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
- National Police Check clearance.
- Valid driver's license and competent driving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive mindset with excellent communication skills.
- A commitment to a long-term employment relationship.
