Key Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee the scheduling for clients and caregivers to ensure reliable and compatible pairings.
• Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, emergencies, and last-minute changes to guarantee shift coverage.
• Act as the main communication hub for clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, providing attentive and professional responses.
• Handle daily administrative tasks such as call management, appointment setting, and calendar upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal regulations as well as internal company policies.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• High school diploma needed; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least two years' experience in scheduling, administrative coordination within home care or healthcare environments.
• Background as a Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or similar clinical experience is advantageous for empathy and understanding.
• Strong preference for previous roles in hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing functions emphasizing interpersonal skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with scheduling or care management software platforms.
• Exceptional organizational ability and capacity to independently handle competing priorities.
• A heartfelt commitment to assisting seniors in maintaining safety and independence in their homes.
• Successful clearance of a background check is mandatory.

Compensation and Equal Opportunity
