Job description
Position Overview
Our partner Bluebird is seeking dependable Healthcare Assistants to provide high-quality, individualized care services throughout County Kerry and West Cork. This opportunity suits individuals who are self-motivated, responsible, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
Work Locations
Available roles in Tralee, Killarney, Kenmare, Listowel, Skibbereen, Clonakilty, Bantry, and Macroom.
Primary Duties
- Provide direct care and assistance within clients' homes.
- Adhere strictly to care plans and protocols.
- Ensure the dignity, comfort, and wellbeing of clients at all times.
- Comply with Bluebird Care’s quality and regulatory standards.
- Monitor client health changes vigilantly and report without delay.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records.
- Observe all occupational health and safety standards.
Essential Requirements
- Certification equivalent to QQI Level 5 in Care Skills & Care of the Older Person.
- At least one year of relevant experience or a readiness to undertake necessary training.
- Possession of a full, clean driving licence and access to personal transport.
- Authorization to work in Ireland.
