Job Overview
Immediate openings are available for the role of Health Survey Officer where candidates will be responsible for conducting health-related surveys in their designated local block or Panchayat area. This role involves collecting data regarding health card ownership, issuing new health cards, and ensuring accurate documentation of all responses.
Responsibilities
- Implement door-to-door or location-based surveys to collect information on health card usage and distribution.
- Inform survey participants about the objective of the survey and respond to their queries or issues effectively.
- Maintain precise records of participant responses using either paper-based or digital tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification: High School pass. Graduates and higher education holders are also eligible.
Additional Details
- Monthly salary ranges from 12,500 to 13,500 Indian Rupees plus incentives.
- Working hours are 8 hours daily with Sundays off.
- Job location is assigned within the candidate's own block or Panchayat area.
