Role Overview

As the Head of Product Operations, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the operational backbone across Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will coordinate between these functions, designing and executing the systems for intake, prioritization, decision-making, and guidance that enable unified organizational movement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive intake process for all product-related requests across the company.
• Manage weekly prioritization cycles and monthly progress updates involving Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams.
• Maintain and update the product decision log to track trade-offs, dependencies, and escalations until resolution.
• Ensure full visibility of the product roadmap with clarity on committed, conditional, and deferred initiatives.
• Govern the Product Portal and ensure guidelines and field documentation remain current.
• Prepare executive communication materials for founders and senior leadership.
• Lead and develop four dedicated teams: Product Analytics, Market Intelligence, Quality and Standards, and Go-To-Market Enablement.

Experience and Qualifications

• At least seven years' experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Strategy and Operations, Chief of Staff roles, or comparable operational leadership positions.
• Proven ability to establish operating rhythms from the ground up and lead teams in complex, cross-departmental enterprise B2B technology environments.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a capacity to enforce decision-making without drama.
• Strong written communication skills, capable of producing concise and actionable briefings for executive stakeholders.
• Comfortable thriving in fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous situations.
