Role Summary

The Head of Investor Relations is a full-time remote position tasked with managing the company's interactions and communications with the investment community. Responsibilities include preparing investor presentations, earnings reports, and crafting key messages targeted at both current and prospective investors. This role also involves overseeing financial disclosures, assisting management in investor meetings and roadshows, and maintaining relationships with analysts, institutional investors, and other key stakeholders.

Daily Responsibilities

• Track market developments and competitor activities.
• Collect and analyze investor feedback.
• Collaborate with finance teams and executive leadership to align strategy and messaging.
• Ensure external communications are consistent, accurate, and timely.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in investor relations and crafting investor presentations to effectively communicate with the investment community.
• Profound knowledge of finance and investments to interpret financial outcomes and articulate the company’s value proposition.
• Advanced analytical capabilities to assess market trends, competitor data, and gather investor input.
• Significant experience in capital markets, corporate finance, or equity research is highly desirable.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, simplifying complex concepts for varied audiences.
• Proven track record of successfully managing work independently in a remote environment while juggling multiple deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with senior executives and presenting to boards or executive committees is advantageous.
• A relevant university degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related disciplines; advanced degrees or professional certificates such as CFA are beneficial.
