Head of Finance

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional for a high-impact leadership position overseeing finance and administrative operations in Saudi Arabia within a complex multinational corporation. The Head of Finance will lead a team of about ten members, handling financial management, accounting, treasury, tax, legal entity governance, and efficiency in operations. This role involves close collaboration with senior national and regional leadership to ensure robust financial controls and providing strategic business partnership.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a similar field.
• At least a decade of progressive experience in financial management with rising levels of responsibility.
• Extensive background working within sophisticated multinational corporate environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge in accounting standards, IFRS, taxation, treasury functions, and legal entity financial oversight.
• Deep understanding of Saudi Arabia’s economic, regulatory, and commercial landscape coupled with strong communication and senior stakeholder management capabilities.
