We are seeking a Head of Community based in Denver to fully manage and elevate the member experience, taking ownership from the founder. This role includes onboarding new members, facilitating introductions, organizing events such as dinners, and building scalable systems and playbooks fueling TEN’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end event coordination, including scheduling dinners, securing venues, managing RSVPs, preparing run-of-show, and executing event logistics flawlessly.
  • Drive the membership journey from onboarding to ongoing engagement, ensuring members feel valued, connected, and supported with consistent follow-ups and personalized introductions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for member inquiries related to the portal, logistics, event info, and general support, responding promptly to all requests.
