Role overview
This role sits at the intersection of engineering, analytics, and marketing technology. You will help build the systems that show how marketing spend translates into user actions, bookings, and revenue. The work supports a fast-scaling, cloud-based marketplace that helps independent businesses attract customers, get booked, get paid, and grow loyal client bases, while also helping customers discover and book services quickly.
The environment is highly dynamic and suited to someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, creating structure where needed, and collaborating in a fast-moving scale-up. If you prefer highly fixed processes, this may not be the best fit.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain multi-touch attribution logic in the data warehouse so marketing impact can be measured accurately.
- Take full ownership of the tracking stack, including Google Tag Manager and Segment.
- Develop identity resolution workflows that connect anonymous visits with known user profiles.
- Set up server-side tracking to improve data quality and reduce the effects of ad blockers.
- Build data pipelines that power BI dashboards and support end-to-end funnel visibility.
Required experience and knowledge
To be effective in this role, you should bring practical experience with Google Tag Manager, including custom tracking scripts and DOM manipulation. You should also know how to integrate marketing technology APIs such as ad platforms, CDPs like Segment, and data warehouses. Familiarity with multi-touch attribution and/or identity resolution is important, along with a working understanding of privacy and compliance requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, and cookie consent management.
Strong conversational English is required because English is the company language and is used for business-wide communication. Applications and CVs must be submitted in English.
Nice-to-have capabilities
- Hands-on experience with server-side tracking tools such as server-side GTM or Conversions API.
- Experience with analytics and visualisation platforms such as Looker.
- Strong SQL and data modelling skills, ideally supported by dbt and a cloud warehouse such as Snowflake or BigQuery.

This is a remote-first role. Depending on the market, office access may also be available, but fully remote work is acceptable. You must be based in the country or region where the role is advertised.
