Role Overview

Join our international team as a Graphic Designer, contributing to innovative ideas by creating visually engaging designs, assets, and animations for games, websites, and web applications. Our workflow is based on agile and lean methodologies, supported by a remote-friendly toolset including Jira, Confluence, Slack, and GitHub. We encourage continuous learning by providing dedicated time and materials.

Experience Levels and Compensation

• Junior: Minimum 1 year experience, earning 4000 to 6000 PLN net monthly
• Mid-level: Minimum 3 years experience, earning 6000 to 9000 PLN net monthly
• Senior: Minimum 5 years experience, earning 9000 to 14000 PLN net monthly

Employment Terms

• Permanent contract via B2B arrangement
• Fully remote work with flexible hours
• Company size exceeds 30 employees

Skills and Requirements

• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, and Figma (highly desirable)
• Experience with both static and motion graphics (moderately desired)
• Optional skills in game asset design (advantageous but not required)
• Fluent English communication skills
