Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with various teams to conceive and deliver creative and visual materials for our clients’ mobile applications. Your work will involve generating designs for app store assets including app icons, screenshots, feature graphics, and AI videos, as well as content for social media channels like Facebook and Instagram ads. Additionally, you will guide Junior Designers through constructive feedback and partnership, ensuring productivity and fostering inspiration alongside the Design Lead.

Work Arrangement

This position combines onsite presence with remote flexibility — generally four days per week at the Berlin office with the option to work from home on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling creatives across multiple platforms such as app stores, digital campaigns, social media promotions (Meta, TikTok, Google, Reddit, Snapchat, etc.), web banners, emails, and push notifications.
• Work collaboratively with App Marketing Consultants, Paid Campaign Experts, ASO Specialists, and mCM Specialists to devise and implement design solutions tailored to client mobile app needs.
• Contribute to internal marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility through promotional material, marketing collateral, social media content, presentations, print products, and brand guidelines.
• Assist in developing and applying new standards and processes within the design department.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in digital-focused graphic design, with extra advantage given to candidates experienced in mobile app design, advanced motion design, and AI video production.
• Proficient use of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD as well as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, AfterEffects) and familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, WordPress/Web Design/HTML).
• Strong attention to detail, especially in layout and typography.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings, taking ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Creative mindset capable of conceptualizing visually engaging campaigns that effectively narrate and promote client applications.
• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written; German language skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
