About Networking.plus
Networking.plus is a bootstrap startup based in Osnabrück driven by genuine customers and real revenue rather than venture capital funding. Our clients range across cities, municipalities, large savings banks, schools, training companies, universities, and fast-growing enterprises such as Dott and FINN.
We operate several projects under our umbrella:
- MACHacademy – an entrepreneurship program with editions for schools, apprenticeships, and universities.
- Networking Box – a tangible box designed to support individuals during life transitions by connecting them with valuable networks. This product comes in editions tailored to school students, apprentices, university students, and a soon-to-be-launched edition for those entering retirement (called the Unrest Edition).
- Networking-Plus-App – a digital counterpart to the physical box featuring gamification and loyalty features to maintain ongoing networking.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a consistent visual identity across our brand family including social media posts, presentations, print materials, and campaign collateral.
- Conceptualize and implement engaging campaign ideas graphically.
- Develop content for various platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn, producing diverse formats including reels and carousel posts.
- Write clear, appealing, and concise copy for newsletters, websites, partner communication, and social media channels.
- Collaborate with external partners such as printing companies, photographers, and studios to coordinate production.
Candidate Qualifications
- Formal training or degree in communication design, media design, marketing, or alternatively a strong portfolio as a career changer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, and/or Canva.
- An excellent eye for typography, color, and composition with the ability to quickly identify visual inconsistencies.
- Experience in social media content creation, video editing, or motion design is advantageous.
- Strong writing ability to engage audiences without requiring literature-level expertise.
- Independent work style, proactive thinking, and willingness to contribute original ideas.
- Enthusiasm for a dynamic, fast-paced, diverse, and occasionally chaotic work environment that remains stimulating and never dull.
Benefits
- Creative freedom to build and design beyond mere template usage across multiple brands and target groups.
