Graphic Designer

Job Overview

This role requires a graphic designer with over five years of experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. The position is located in Richmond, British Columbia, and requires onsite work with no option for remote performance. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Chinese is considered an asset.

Primary Responsibilities

• Accurately estimate the time needed to complete graphic designs and illustrations.
• Engage with clients to understand the nature and content of illustrations aligned with their communication goals.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage all stages of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials.
• Work with clients to define the overall visuals, graphic components, and content of communication materials.
• Select the most appropriate mediums to achieve the desired visual effect and communication method.
• Create graphic elements tailored to client objectives.
• Produce sketches, layouts, and graphic components.

Technical Expertise

• Strong command of MS Office suite.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
