Graphic Design Trainer

About the Role

Edunova Technology is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Graphic Design & UI/UX Trainer to provide hands-on, industry-relevant training to students and recent graduates. This role demands a solid foundation in design concepts, experience with contemporary design software, and the capability to mentor students in practical projects and career readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct both theoretical and practical sessions in Graphic Design and UI/UX Design.
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans, assignments, and hands-on project-based learning materials.
• Instruct students on industry-standard design software and workflows.
• Educate on core design principles including branding, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Lead UI/UX focused sessions covering user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability evaluations.
• Assist learners in building professional-grade portfolios and case studies.
• Evaluate student projects and provide meaningful feedback for improvement.
• Organize mock interviews and support students in job placement preparations.
• Stay informed of the latest trends in design, including AI-enabled tools and best industry practices.
• Collaborate with academic teams to enhance course material and learning effectiveness.

Required Skills and Technical Expertise

• Graphic Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW (preferred), Canva Pro, Adobe Express.
• UI/UX Design Tools: Figma (mandatory), Adobe XD (preferred), Sketch (advantageous).
• Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, design systems, responsive design, auto layout, components, variants, and creating interactive prototypes.
• Fundamental design concepts such as color theory, typography, layout and composition, branding, corporate identity, logo design, social media graphics, print and packaging design.
• User-centered design methods including information architecture, user journey mapping, personas, usability testing, and accessibility basics (WCAG).
• Basic front-end development knowledge (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, responsive web design) is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, and Figma AI is a plus.

Compensation

The offered salary ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 25,000 per month.
