About the program

SAP Fioneer’s graduate program, L.I.F.T. (Level up in Fioneer Technology), is designed to launch careers in financial services software. It combines a global enterprise environment with the pace and flexibility of a start-up-style organisation, giving graduates early responsibility on meaningful work in the Lending Division.

From the outset, you will handle real assignments and contribute to customer-facing projects. The role is built around learning, with dedicated time to develop your knowledge so you can become productive quickly and grow into a trusted expert.

What you will do

You will work in a live client setting, supporting financial services companies as they improve speed, scalability, and cost efficiency through digital innovation, cloud technology, and end-to-end lending solutions.

• Support project delivery together with your team.
• Help introduce and explain innovative software solutions to customers.
• Contribute to consulting work that helps client business models perform better.
• Develop a strong understanding of both SAP Fioneer products and customer processes.

Requirements

The program is open to graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Information Technology, Physics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or Finance.

• Strong analytical thinking, including quantitative reasoning and sound business judgement.
• Basic familiarity with financial services and lending.
• Interest in financial services topics and software development.
• Motivation to proactively shape and improve solutions for clients.
• Comfort and openness in social interactions.
• Experience working in interdisciplinary teams.
• Customer communication experience is an advantage.
