Governance, Risk & Compliance Specialist (GRC)

Overview

We are seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Specialist to help our organization establish, implement, and maintain GRC practices. The successful candidate will work to ensure the organization adheres to relevant legal and regulatory requirements while managing risk and supporting internal governance policies.

Key Duties

• Assist in designing and applying governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Keep track of compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Identify, evaluate, and record various risks faced by the organization.
• Maintain and update documentation including policies, procedures, reports, and records related to GRC.
• Provide assistance during internal audits and compliance assessments.
• Collaborate with various departments to rectify any compliance issues and mitigate risks.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in governance, risk management, compliance, legal functions, or internal audit.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Must be willing and able to work in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian legal and regulatory frameworks is essential.
