This individual will be instrumental in supporting our Professional Services and Delivery teams through managing customer relationships, accurately scoping billable projects, and crafting clear and impactful statements of work.

Role Overview

This position is a vital component of our global team, responsible for executing a diverse array of projects. The ideal candidate will be an adaptable leader capable of managing complex enterprise software implementations (including modules such as Time & Attendance, Payroll, and Finance) alongside quicker, smaller-scale application rollouts. Exceptional professional maturity, strong time management across North American time zones, and meticulous attention to detail to safeguard project margins are essential traits. You will bring order to varying levels of ambiguity, ensuring each client, ranging from large enterprises to smaller accounts, receives an exceptional onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration and application of AI and automation tools internally to optimize project tracking, consolidate meeting inputs across time zones, and expedite the preparation of documentation and status updates.
• Travel within the country up to 25% to facilitate crucial project kick-off meetings, conduct significant steering committee sessions, and build trusted relationships with global enterprise clients and dispersed teams.
• Manage and nurture multifaceted relationships with international stakeholders, delivery teams, and cross-border clients.
• Define and scrutinize project scopes, impacts, resource planning, and local deliverables to accurately align with customer expectations.
• Create detailed project plans outlining dependencies and scheduling tasks across multiple time zones with precision.
• Monitor and execute concurrent workstreams thoroughly, vigilantly tracking deadlines to ensure timely delivery of commitments.
• Provide transparent and comprehensive project progress communications to delivery teams, sponsors, board members, and clients.
• Identify potential risks and localized issues quickly, tracking and resolving them professionally, with escalation as required.
• Employ appropriate project management methodologies and tools while maintaining impeccable, audit-ready project documentation.
• Finalize project closure processes thoroughly to recognize revenue and capture global lessons learned.

Desired Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management, ideally overseeing global IT and SaaS implementations.
• Proficiency with AI-driven tools including project management platforms, generative AI, or predictive analytics to support resource allocation, risk assessment, and stakeholder communications.
• Familiarity and practical experience with structured project methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMP.
• Successful history of delivering complex projects within budget, on schedule, and meeting revenue goals.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle competing priorities and responsibilities across international deadlines without compromising quality.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills combined with cultural sensitivity for global collaborations.
• Solid commercial insight and experience managing project profitability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling rapid trust-building with diverse and remote teams worldwide.
• Advanced competence with contemporary project management software and collaboration tools like MS Project, Smartsheets, MS Office, and G-Suite.
