Gen AI Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Gen AI Engineer to join our team in Irving, TX. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity requiring over eight years of experience in developing and deploying AI solutions, particularly in the realm of generative artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Create innovative AI applications tailored for various business needs.
• Construct, train, and fine-tune machine learning and AI models to enhance performance.
• Prepare, cleanse, and engineer features from datasets to support effective model training.
• Collaborate diligently with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
• Assess models critically and implement improvements to achieve higher accuracy and efficiency.

Required Expertise

• Proficient in Python and experienced with machine learning libraries.
• Hands-on experience with open-source large language models such as Llama and Dolly.
• Strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, deep learning, and transformer architectures.
• Skilled in generative AI technologies including GANs, text generation, and text-to-image synthesis.
• Competent in SQL alongside data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices is advantageous.
