Role Overview

We are excited to hire a Mattress Expert for our brand-new Belfast location, someone eager to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.

Candidate Profile

• An energetic and motivated person passionate about sales and customer satisfaction.
• Goal-oriented with a strong ambition to succeed and develop within a growing company.
• Capable of reaching weekly sales objectives, proficient in using POS systems, and adept at engaging customers both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Ready to deliver a professional, high-quality service.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least two years’ experience as a mattress retail advisor.
• Previous retail experience is essential; furniture retail background is a plus but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong IT competencies and excellent telephone communication skills.
• Team-oriented with outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proactive, hardworking, conscientious, and equipped with strong self-motivation.
