Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Market Employee (m/f/d) to join our team at the Dossenheim location in a full-time capacity.
Responsibilities
- Represent the company internally and externally to foster customer loyalty and acquisition
- Offer consultation and personalized support to customers
- Ensure attractive and well-organized product presentation
- Maintain shelf organization and replenish stock on the sales floor as needed
- Manage merchandise ordering and restocking activities
Candidate Profile
- Motivated team player with enthusiasm for food products
- Preferably completed commercial training in food retail; however, career changers are encouraged and will receive training
- Strengths include creativity, commitment to quality, communication skills, and adaptability
- Strong organizational abilities, responsible work ethic, and dependable nature
- Customer-oriented approach with confident and friendly demeanor
