Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our IT department and significantly contribute to Liquorland's evolving digital strategy. This role involves developing and maintaining advanced web applications that serve consumers, retail outlets, and internal teams. The developer will collaborate with business analysts, testers, stakeholders, and technology partners to create scalable, secure, and efficient technological solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement modern web applications utilizing React and Next.js frameworks.
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs, ensuring robust integrations.
- Assist in translating business requirements into practical and scalable technical deliverables.
- Participate in CI/CD pipeline enhancement, deployment procedures, and automation of development activities.
- Monitor and optimize application performance, enhance security, and ensure reliability.
- Contribute to the future planning of Liquorland's digital platforms and enhance the customer journey.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least five years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Proficiency with React and Next.js frameworks.
- Experience deploying and managing applications on platforms such as Vercel.
- Strong background in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Competency using AI tools to aid development, testing, and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, particularly Logic Apps or other integration platforms.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes, GitHub workflows, and DevOps best practices.
- Understanding of web application performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to work flexibly across front-end and back-end tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Experience in retail or eCommerce sectors is beneficial.
