Responsibilities and Expectations

Team members will be expected to deliver exceptional service tailored to a high-end audience, demonstrate professionalism, and actively contribute to achieving a welcoming and seamless guest experience from day one.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience at premium, luxury, or fine dining establishments relevant to the applied role
• In-depth knowledge of delivering top-tier guest service standards
• Exceptional communication and relate well with diverse guests and team members
• Professional demeanor with a focus on creating guest satisfaction
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment while maintaining service quality
• Strong cooperative spirit and a proactive, supportive approach toward teamwork
• Experience in restaurant pre-openings is considered a plus
• Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and crafting memorable guest interactions
