Role Overview

This opening is for a Front of House team member at a franchised McAlister’s Deli restaurant in Evansville, Indiana. The position may cover more than one guest-facing support function, depending on business needs.

Busser Duties

In the bussing role, you will help keep the dining area ready for customers by clearing and resetting tables, maintaining clean chairs and table settings, watching for spills or special guest needs, and keeping the dining room tidy through sweeping, trash removal, and spill cleanup. You will also follow sanitation and safety procedures to help protect guests and the restaurant, along with any other tasks assigned by management.

Food Runner Duties

In the food runner role, you will bring orders to guests in the dining room, make sure they have what they need after delivery, refill beverages, and respond to guest requests. You will also follow sanitation and safety practices to help maintain a safe environment, plus complete additional duties assigned by management.
