About the Company and Role

Mindrift is searching for a multifaceted and experienced Graphic Designer to contribute to the Tendem project, which integrates AI and human workflows for data processing. This remote part-time position is designed for creative professionals adept at visual communication, layout design, and producing various marketing visuals. Mindrift connects experts with AI projects to advance the capabilities of Generative AI.

Role Details and Responsibilities

Create clean, professional layouts and modern infographics with a strong visual hierarchy to enhance content readability and engagement.
Design reusable and eye-catching templates for social media and impactful one-page documents.
Apply advanced typography skills, grid systems, and thoughtful layouts to enhance the quality of materials.
Convert raw data and ideas into polished graphics tailored to diverse marketing and communication aims.
Ensure design quality by verifying visual alignment, color consistency, and layout coherence before final delivery.

Requirements

A minimum of 1–2 years' experience in graphic or digital design or visual communications is preferred.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related creative disciplines is advantageous.
Strong understanding of typography, grid systems, and visual composition to elevate everyday designs.
Proven skills in creating clear, structured infographics and engaging social media templates.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma covering diverse visual design tasks.
Flexibility to design both impactful one-pagers and dynamic digital templates adapting to different media formats.
Upper-intermediate or higher English language proficiency (B2 or above) is necessary.
Ability to work swiftly and accurately, with a detail-oriented and adaptable approach.
Strong commitment to delivering polished and professional design assets.
Capacity to manage multiple design tasks independently.
Applications must include an English CV and a portfolio link showcasing graphic design work; submissions lacking portfolio examples will not be reviewed.

Additional Information

This is a freelance, project-based role with tasks assigned only when projects are active. Contributors might be invited to multiple projects depending on their skills and availability. Estimated workload during active phases is around 10–20 hours weekly; however, this is not guaranteed and subject to project demand.

Compensation

Payment can reach up to $40 per hour equivalent depending on experience and contribution speed. Remuneration varies by project scope, complexity, and required expertise.
