FP&A Manager

About the Role

NEON is looking for a practical, commercially aware FP&A Manager to join its Global Finance team in Singapore. The role sits at the center of financial planning and analysis, supporting budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and management reporting. You will work closely with business leaders to turn financial data into actionable insights that support decision-making and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a finance partner to the business by providing accurate, timely, and decision-useful information that helps leaders make better choices.
• Work with business heads on events and exhibitions to review performance, shape strategy, and build project actuals, forecasts, profit and loss views, and cash flow projections.
• Prepare, review, and analyze budgets, actuals, and forecasts, and support monthly management reporting and financial modeling for business units and group corporate functions.
• Design and implement initiatives and policies that support revenue growth and cost efficiency.
• Lead improvements in finance processes, systems rollouts, and special projects as needed.
• Make sure internal controls are sound and aligned with corporate governance requirements.
• Handle other duties and tasks assigned from time to time.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a qualified finance professional with strong commercial judgment and a hands-on approach. You should bring around 8 to 10 years of experience in a commercial environment, along with a solid background in FP&A, finance business partnering, and broader finance operations. Accuracy, resilience, technical strength, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are important for success in this role. Experience in automation, process simplification, and continuous improvement will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant and/or a degree in Accountancy.
• Approximately 8 to 10 years of commercial experience.
• Experience in FP&A, business partnering, and general finance.
• Strong attention to detail and solid technical capability.
• Good analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and resilience.
• Proven experience in automation, simplification, and process improvement.
• Broad, well-rounded experience will be considered a plus.
