Role Overview

This position is designed for a Master's student seeking an impactful working student opportunity with direct access to company founders. You'll engage with strategic and operational projects in a fast-paced startup environment, gaining hands-on experience in scaling a venture-backed enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with founders on both strategic planning and operational execution.
• Drive growth initiatives across the DACH region, including Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Perform market and competitor research to uncover new business prospects.
• Analyze business metrics and prepare materials to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in marketing, partnership development, and business development activities.
• Manage cross-departmental projects from conception through implementation.
• Enhance internal workflows to boost operational effectiveness.
• Own independent projects delivering tangible business value.

Candidate Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program related to Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar fields.
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a readiness to take initiative and ownership.
• Exhibit strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and a practical approach.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic startup setting.
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English.
• Prior internship exposure in consulting, startups, venture capital, private equity, or tech companies is advantageous but not mandatory.
