Forward Deployed Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work remotely on a full-time basis, focusing on deploying and integrating AI solutions with enterprise clients to ensure smooth implementation and adoption. This role requires close coordination with cross-disciplinary teams to solve technical challenges encountered in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure AI models and infrastructure tailored to enterprise clients ensuring they meet performance and scalability standards.
• Provide real-time troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues to reduce downtime and guarantee system stability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to obtain and integrate feedback, enhancing solutions according to customer requirements.
• Document deployed systems to support ongoing operations and future deployments.
• Offer technical leadership through customer training, sharing best practices, and proactive support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in deployment and scaling of AI and ML models within production settings.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix complex technical problems.
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines is advantageous.
• Excellent communication abilities for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
