Key Responsibilities

• Identify and frame critical business problems into analytically tractable challenges, transforming raw data into robust features and insightful intelligence.
• Create, train, and deploy mathematical and machine learning models that provide enterprise-grade solutions to complex issues.
• Utilize advanced analytics methods including statistical modeling, experimentation, forecasting, segmentation, anomaly detection, causal analysis, and machine learning algorithms.
• Integrate your analytics solutions seamlessly into products or business processes to ensure reliability and scalability at an enterprise level.
• Define metrics for success, measure business impact, and communicate clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Lead complex analytical projects with oversight of deliverables, schedules, risk management, and escalation processes.
• Effectively articulate insights and trade-offs to diverse teams and clients to influence decision-making.
• Collaborate directly with customers in an embedded, client-facing role to co-develop impactful AI and data science solutions tailored to their business context.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Expert proficiency in data science and machine learning, with strong skills in Python and SQL, and experience in designing and optimizing end-to-end analytical pipelines.
• Hands-on expertise with Python ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and XGBoost.
• Deep statistical knowledge, including hypothesis testing, experimental design, causal inference, and interpreting uncertainty.
• Proven ability to deploy a wide range of machine learning techniques like classification, forecasting, clustering, recommendation systems, and anomaly detection with a focus on accuracy, interpretability, and scalability.
• Strong analytical skills to translate ambiguous business requirements into measurable analytical objectives and link model outcomes to strategic decisions.
• Experience in implementing production-grade analytics and ML solutions on modern data platforms with focus on data governance and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with SAP data technologies including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP Business Technology Platform components such as AI Core and AI Launchpad.
• Ability to engage responsibly with Agentic AI systems within intricate business workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to influence senior stakeholders with clear and compelling data narratives and insights.
• Proactive use of AI tools in daily work to enhance quality of outputs through thoughtful system and context design.
