This position is based at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara. Minor Hotels, an international hotel investor and operator with a portfolio over 530 properties worldwide including brands like Anantara and Avani, seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to enhance the resort's dining operations. The role aims to maximize guest satisfaction, boost team efficiency, and improve business performance through upholding the highest hospitality standards.

Key Duties

• Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering prompt, courteous service aligned with brand and F&B standards.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic workspace and guarantee quality products are served.
• Promote a strong team spirit, handle daily team relations, and empower team members with proper training for effective problem-solving.

Qualifications and Skills

• College diploma in Hotel Management or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations.
• A passion for leadership and fostering teamwork.
• Strong attention to detail to achieve operational excellence.
• Outstanding skills in guest service.
