Job Overview

State Bank of India (SBI) is seeking a Floor Supervisor to manage customer interactions and support branch operations at its assigned branch in Delhi-NCR. This role involves greeting and guiding clients, ensuring efficient customer service flow, and assisting bank staff with daily tasks.

Key Duties

Welcome customers and assist them with their banking inquiries and services.
Direct visitors to appropriate counters and clarify banking processes.
Maintain orderly movement and atmosphere within the branch premises.
Support staff in daily operational activities and administrative functions.
Carry and display official identification and record attendance via manual and digital methods.
Preserve confidentiality of all customer and bank-related information.
Adhere strictly to bank policies and demonstrate professionalism consistently.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum age between 21 to 30 years.
At least one year of experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
Graduate educational qualification is mandatory.

Working Conditions and Compensation

Working hours and holidays as per bank regulations.
Monthly salary of ₹24,000 (CTC), paid via bank transfer before the 10th of each month.
Travel allowance available if applicable.
Performance-linked incentives to reward productivity.
Reimbursement for internet and other approved work-related costs.
Public holidays observed according to government and bank schedules.

Additional Terms

PAN card submission required within three months of employment if taxable.
Background verification process mandatory before confirmation.
