Role Overview

The Fire & Safety Officer will be responsible for managing and ensuring the safety of all staff, contractors, and visitors across all sites and accommodations in Hail. This role involves prompt identification and reporting of unsafe conditions, defective equipment, or risky behaviors to management to initiate corrective measures. The goal is to prevent or minimize risks related to fire, smoke, and water damage affecting personnel, facilities, machinery, products, and information systems in both digital and physical formats.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Membership with IOSHE and certification as an ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor.
• Certification as KAWADER holder or NEBOSH IGC.
• 3 to 5 years of experience specifically in fire management, including trained firefighter experience within civil or large multinational fire teams.

Skills & Expertise

• Knowledge of fire detection and suppression systems.
• Experience in supervising teams and planning work.
• Proficiency in incident and accident reporting.
• Skills in conducting fire drills, training on fire prevention, and performing fire inspections and maintenance.
• Fire incident investigation capabilities and risk assessment and management expertise.
• Familiarity with SAP and computer applications.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Arabic, spoken and written.
