Finance Procurement Operations Specialist

Role overview

This is a 12-month contract position, with the possibility of extension, supporting finance operations for a major entertainment company in Singapore. The role sits within the Marketing Communications function and covers APAC markets, including India and Southeast Asia, with a chance that the remit may later widen to Australia and New Zealand. Depending on business priorities, the scope may also expand into Product & Tech as well as Ads finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide finance operations support to the Marketing Communications team across APAC.
• Manage accrual activities and complete month-end close-related files.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders across multiple regional markets.
• Offer additional support for finance operations in Product & Tech and Ads if the business requires it.

Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a finance-related role.
• Hands-on knowledge of accruals and financial close procedures.
• Strong ability to communicate and work effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience from the entertainment sector is preferred first, followed by technology-sector experience; candidates from tech backgrounds are especially valued for comfort working in less structured environments.
