Key Responsibilities

• Craft financing deals that optimize profit and maintain strong payment reliability.
• Exhibit complete expertise in applicable title laws and vehicle registration procedures.
• Keep all necessary certifications current and adhere to evolving industry standards.
• Manage desk deals efficiently, make informed credit decisions, and finalize transactions successfully.
• Ensure operations fully satisfy local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
• Prepare all contractual documents and manage customer handover of vehicles.
• Conduct thorough post-sale audits on team deals to verify accuracy and completion.
• Submit lending packages promptly to guarantee timely funding.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferably hold a college degree or possess related equivalent experience.
• At least three years of experience in automotive finance or finance & insurance sectors.
• Thorough knowledge of dealership finance and insurance processes.
• Professional appearance coupled with a dedicated customer-focused approach.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, dealership management software, and internet tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to close deals with confidence and ethical standards.
• Valid driver’s license is essential.
• Must successfully clear pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
