Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute financial strategies aligning with company goals.
• Supervise the processes of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure full adherence to financial laws and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate financial data to uncover cost-saving opportunities and areas for revenue enhancement.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with external auditors, financial bodies, and regulators.
• Lead and develop the accounting and finance team to meet and surpass set departmental objectives.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Oversee cash flow management and implement strategies to mitigate financial risk.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a professional accounting certification such as ACCA, CPA, or a comparable qualification.
• Significant background in financial leadership within the property industry.
• Expertise in budgeting, financial forecasting, and in-depth financial analysis.
• Demonstrated capability in compliance with financial regulations.
• Strong leadership qualities with experience managing and mentoring finance professionals.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Arabic would be viewed as a beneficial asset.
