- Base salary starting at 3640 euros gross per month for full-time employment
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the branch team with support from the deputy store manager
- Manage the store's appearance, oversee ordering processes, ensure implementation of presentation guidelines, and handle daily operational tasks
- Hold personnel responsibilities including creating staff schedules and supporting employee development
- Conduct recruitment efforts to build your store team
- Maintain communication with regional management to discuss results and store growth
Employee Profile
- Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail leadership position
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and high sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team through feedback
- Availability to work 40 hours weekly across 5 days, including regular evenings and weekends
- Willingness to undergo an eight-week onboarding in one of our trainer stores in Germany
