Field Service Technician

Role Overview

This role involves a variety of field service activities including installation, system startup and commissioning, troubleshooting, and updating systems. It also encompasses technical support for system integration and auxiliary system engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system updates on-site.
• Provide technical assistance for system integration and auxiliary system engineering tasks.
• Manage project execution through site coordination, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality standards, and budget control.
• Support sales efforts by conducting site audits, participating in customer technical meetings, and offering day-to-day office support.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree holder with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant scientific field.
• Exhibit a strong sense of initiative and possess excellent communication abilities.
• Must be self-driven, capable of managing multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to travel, including short-notice travels for emergency support, is required.
