Airtel Payments Bank is looking to hire a Field Sales Executive to act as a Team Leader for their field sales operations in Chennai. The role requires handling and guiding a sales team daily while promoting banking services and onboarding new businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Opening savings accounts for both customers and merchants.
• Promoting and selling banking services directly in the field.
• Managing field sales activities and overseeing team performance.
• Onboarding new shops, QR code scanner setups, sales of sound boxes, and processing business loans.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably has prior sales experience and experience in team handling.
• Possesses good communication and leadership skills.
• Basic communication abilities are essential.
• Mandatory possession of a two-wheeler for field travel.

Additional Details

• Open to both male and female applicants.
• Work timings are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• The position is located throughout Chennai, near your area.
• Fixed monthly salary up to INR 30,000 plus incentives up to INR 20,000.
