Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

The primary responsibility of the Field Sales Executive is to onboard new shops and merchants onto PhonePe's platform, promoting various merchant services including PhonePe QR Code, Soundbox, and other product offerings. The role requires daily visits to local businesses to increase merchant base and grow the business in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit local shops and merchants by introducing them to PhonePe's services.
• Promote and sell PhonePe's merchant solutions such as QR Codes, Soundbox, and smart speaker devices.
• Expand business growth by acquiring new merchants and achieving sales targets through frequent field visits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities.
• Explain clearly the features and benefits of products and how they add value to the merchant's business.

Additional Details

This position is based in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh and involves direct, on-site engagement with local businesses. Maintaining consistent communication and building trust with merchants are crucial to success in this role.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from 17000 to 29000 INR.
