Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

The role involves engaging with shops and merchants to onboard them onto PhonePe's digital payment platform. You will actively promote various merchant services such as PhonePe QR codes, soundboxes, and other related products to help expand the business footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to local businesses and merchants within the assigned territory to acquire and enroll new customers.
• Promote and sell PhonePe's smart speaker and scanner devices to merchants, highlighting the product features, benefits, and how they can enhance the customer's operations.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with merchants and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer interactions and sales activities to track progress and performance effectively.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets through proactive field engagements.

Additional Information

• Work location: Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India.
• Salary range: INR 17,000 to 27,000 per month.
