Field Sales Executive

Role Overview

Dream Consulting is urgently recruiting Field Sales Executives for an exciting opportunity with PhonePe. Candidates who have completed 12th grade are eligible to apply. The role focuses on achieving daily performance targets through a point-based system rather than monthly sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities

• Successfully complete daily field activities contributing to a total of 10 performance points.
• Earn points by conducting QR KYC verifications, resolving service issues, and installing soundboxes at merchant locations.
• Examples of point accumulation include completing 2 soundbox installations or 5 QR KYCs to meet daily goals.

Compensation and Benefits

• Receive a fixed monthly salary ranging between ₹18,000 and ₹24,000.
• Monthly fuel allowance from ₹4,000 up to ₹4,500 to support travel expenses.
• Incentive bonuses up to ₹20,000 per month based on additional points earned beyond the daily targets.
• Enjoy weekly off on Sundays and additional festival holidays.
• Access to 10 to 15 verified merchant leads every day provided by the company.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Candidates must have completed at least 12th grade education.
• Possession of a personal two-wheeler (bike or scooter) is mandatory to fulfill field duties.
• Must own an Android smartphone for work-related activities.
• Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM daily.
