Job Overview
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join PhonePe's team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role focuses on direct interaction with shopkeepers to promote and facilitate the use of PhonePe services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to local shops and markets within your vicinity.
- Clearly communicate the features and benefits of PhonePe's offerings to merchants.
- Assist in enrolling new merchants onto the PhonePe platform ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Support merchants during the initial setup and activation processes.
- Foster strong, positive relationships with shop owners to encourage ongoing collaboration.
- Meet or exceed assigned daily and monthly sales targets with guidance and backing from your manager.
Additional Information
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 16,000 INR and 44,000 INR.
